Assumptions and calculation
- Extra revenue per year (excl. VAT) = proposals per month × 12 × increase in points ÷ 100 × average deal value (excl. VAT).
- Writing hours saved per year = proposals per month × 12 × (2 h − 15 min), i.e. 1 h 45 min per proposal. Assumption: a complete proposal in under 15 minutes instead of 2 hours (reported time); the calculation uses 15 minutes, the cautious figure.
- +10 points: the minimum gain seen among users of the method, a deliberately cautious assumption. Change it to test your own scenario.
- Proposal volume and average deal value are assumed to stay the same all year. The result is revenue excluding VAT, not margin.

Before you get started.
What does the trial include?
The trial lasts 14 days, with no credit card. You create up to 5 proposals and send 1 to a real prospect, with every feature, e-signature included. These limits are separate from Cuevr AI credits.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged: no card was saved. Everything is kept: your proposals, your knowledge base, your brand. They stay visible in read-only mode, and your clients can still open and sign them, e-signature included. To create or edit again, choose your plan.
Is everything shown in the demo included?
Yes. There’s only one plan, All of Cuevr, the same for every user. Some features need to be turned on: tender mode, which the organization’s manager opens to the members they authorize; co-editing, when it’s turned on; the link to your CRM, via API and webhooks.
How do Cuevr AI credits work?
Each user brings 1,500 Cuevr AI credits a month, pooled across the organization. They refill every month, including on a yearly plan, and unused credits don’t carry over. Under Subscription, you see the credits remaining and the next refill date. Owners and admins also see usage by member. Editing your proposals by hand and getting them signed never uses credits.
What happens when credits run out?
Manual work carries on: you write, edit and format your proposals yourself, and you can still get them signed. Only Cuevr AI features wait for the next refill. Cuevr warns you beforehand, when most of the organization’s credits have been used.
How are users counted?
Pricing is per user. An owner or admin invites a colleague from Admin, Team tab. A user counts once the invitation is accepted, not when it’s sent, and a pending invitation can be revoked.
Monthly or yearly: what’s the difference?
Same plan. On yearly billing, you pay €588 per user per year, i.e. €49 a month, instead of €69 on monthly billing.
To switch billing period during your subscription, the owner or an admin goes to “Manage my subscription” on the Subscription page.
How do I pay, and get an invoice?
By card, with VAT calculated at checkout. Your latest invoice can be downloaded from the Subscription page, and your full history is under “Manage my subscription”. For a large team that prefers to pay by invoice, let’s talk: see the box just below.
Can I cancel, and on what terms?
Yes, at any time, under Subscription. The current period isn’t refunded: the month on monthly billing, the year on yearly billing. During the trial, no card is on file, so there’s nothing to cancel.
Where is my data hosted?
The Cuevr app is hosted in France. Emails and Cuevr AI logs are stored in the European Union. The AI models Cuevr AI uses operate under a data processing agreement (DPA), and your data is not used to train those models. The list of subprocessors is in the general terms of sale.
