This privacy policy describes how Aetherly collects, uses, and protects the personal data you provide when using our SaaS service Cuevr, accessible at https://www.cuevr.com/ (the "Service"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and to complying with applicable regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the "GDPR").
Article 1: Data Controller
The data controller for personal data is Aetherly, whose contact details are specified in the legal notice of the Site.
Article 2: Personal Data Collected
In the context of using the Service, we collect the following categories of data:
- Identification and contact data: First name, last name, email address, encrypted password.
- Payment data: When subscribing to a paid plan, your payment data is collected and processed directly by our secure payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your credit card numbers.
- Usage data and content: All information, text, links and other content you create, upload or integrate into the Service ("User Content").
- Technical and browsing data: IP address, browser type, operating system, connection logs, Service usage data.
- Cookies: We use cookies for proper Site functionality.
Article 3: Data Retention Period
- Account data: Retained while your account is active. In case of deletion, data is erased within 30 days, unless legally required.
- Prospect data: 3 years following our last contact with you.
- Billing data: 10 years, in compliance with accounting obligations.

- Authorized Aetherly personnel.
- Our technical sub-processors: Hosting, Payments (Stripe), Audience analytics, Emailing (Mailjet).
